Hello,

I use actually RADIUS 802.1x with NPS Windows Server.
I know it's possible to allow a MAC address in NPS for bypass RADIUS.

Do you know if it's possible with HiveManager NG to allow MAC Address in RADIUS SSID ?

Thank you.

Hello Stephane,

Are you trying to white list certain MAC addresses so they don't have to go through Radius Authentication?

Hello,
Thank you for yor reply.
Did you mean "Enable MAC-Based Filters" in "Optional Settings" in ssid profile ?
I test it and take you a feedback.
Regard's.

Hello,
Can you confirm me these two lines ?
security mac-filter WIFI default permit
security mac-filter WIFI address 44-74-6c-aa-bb-cc permit

Visibly there are not working.

Thank you.

All the MAC filter does is allow you to access the SSID to begin with. It won't allow you to bypass authenticating on the SSID. That is all handled by your authenticator and authentication server (NPS). There would be serious security implications if that were the case.
