Bulk Passwords no longer authenticating with network.

Hi Everyone,

We've created additional passwords using the Bulk creation feature. For some unknown reason the passwords that are generated will no longer work any devices. Existing passwords still work, however any new passwords that been generated gives an 'unable to connect to network' error on a Windows machine.

Please help

Is it possible that you forgot to upload the config (the generated keys) to the AP's?

Thanks Hans for your quick response! Do you mind if you can provide the steps involved in uploading the config file to the AP's? Please excuse my lack of knowledge, as I do not have much experience with Aerohive and have only recently started to manage the system.

No problem:
1. login to the hive
2. klik on the tab 'Configuration' in the top menu
3. select the network policy en klik on OK
4. klik on the 'Continue' button
5. select the access points that need an update
6. click on the update button en choose 'Update devices'
7. click on 'update'
