Bug: Monitor filter loses indication of currently applied filter

Problem: If you go to Monitor and select an existing filter (or create an ad hoc one), modify a device, and come back to the Monitor tab the filter is still applied, but the filter says "None." This also prevents you from modifying the filter or cancelling it.

Expected: For a saved filter, it should re-select the existing filter when you return to the page. For an ad hoc or modified filter, it should say something like "(custom)" and allow editing or cancelling of the filter.

Oops, sorry, I usually say that. It's the on-prem version 6.5r1.
