I'm sorry to see you're experiencing an issue. I haven't seen this happening on my BR-200, but in case it is an issue, could you please contact our fantastic support department? They'll be able to open a case and allow the processes internally that kick off to assess (and resolve, if needed) an issue. Thanks!
