Is it possible to configure a port on the BR200 as a trunk VLAN?

Sure, configure the Network Policy/Device Templates/select the port(s) and click configure. If you haven't already, create a port type and choose 802.1q.

I know how to configure a port for one VLAN, but it seems not possible to configure one port as a trunk (different VLAN support). Is this possible?

Make the port 802.1q and you have the option to add a UNTAGG/TAGG VLAN as shown above
