BR200 Acting AS a DNS Server is Slow to Respond to DNS Requests

We have a BR200 with the Verizon package that's slow to respond to DNS requests when it's acting as the server.  When we bypass the BR's DNS by either configuring the client to point to external DNS or set the router to hand off the exact DNS servers to the client, it works with no issues at all.

If both configurations scenario's of the BR200 use the same exact DNS servers, it points to some type of issue happening in the BR200.

have you seen this issue below

Any thoughts as to the DNS issues?

To fully understand the issue it would take a lot more logs and debugs to see where the problem could be materializing than we could easily and securely do here.  I'd open a ticket with our support group and they can work through looking at the device to help isolate the issue.  Support is available via the web and support portal, or by calling 866-365-9918.

thanks Bill.  Once the customer brings back the BR200 w/Verizon I will do just that.
