Hello
One of our customers is using VoIP, there fore the firmware version of there AP's must be 6.5R3. However we seen that the firmware is automatically update to 6.6r2 by night, we do not use autoprovisioning. Where can we disable this automatic update?

Hi Hans,

There is no such automatic update. Are the APs switching from the current to the backup image?

Hi Hans,

No, it is not an automatic behaviour.

What do you see from:

show system _reboot-info

Cheers,

Nick

Have you looked at the logs in HiveManager?

"show version detail" will tell you which version of HiveOS is running of an AP, which version is in backup, and what will be loaded next after a reboot.

There is a probationary boot flag for a new image to try to stop boot loops from occurring in the event of a bad image, but this flag is subsequently cleared.
