Association Failure - Status 19

I have mobile phones which are failing to connect and are getting rejected. In the client monitor I can see the following line;

Tx assoc resp <reject> (status 19, pwr 19dBm)

Does anyone have input on what this means?

Why would this happen if the radio profile has the preamble set to auto?

For our older QCA-based APs, HiveOS allowed both short and long preambles with the auto setting whereas for our Broadcom-based APs, only short or long are actually supported despite there being an auto setting at the CLI. Where auto is configured, this is mapped to short. We should probably document this...

If support of legacy clients is required, please configure this to long.

This makes total sense. The radio profile used on AP330-350s that has the preamble set to auto would not work on an AP250 for legacy Spectralink 8020 phones. I used the canned Legacy-gn that has the preamble set to long on the AP250 and it worked. Thanks for the explanation.
