Hello, we are trying to configure the SSID to send by default to the guest profile and when the user log-on with a Windows and Mac sends to the vlan corporate.

We have made the config by default to profile guest with the firewall active and create a Client Classification Policy in the default User Profile to send the Windows and Mac users to the profile corporate.

But when we log-on allways get the guest profile and not the corporate and in the console we see the system recognize the OS but remains in the guest profile.

We have made the check "Enable user profile reassignement" and we are using the versión 6.1r2b

What can we check to assign the profile correct when the user use a Windows or Mac?

Thanks.

Hi Adrian

Have you enabled both check boxes as shown in the 2 screenshots? One in the user profile selection page, and the other in the user profile itself:

Yes, the issue happen only with Windows 8, the Windows 7 and Vista assign correctly the User Profile selected in the Client Classification Policy

Can you let me know what method you are using for OS detection? you can find this in the management options in your network policy:

I have the option you select
