Are there any firewall or port setting that would prevent reports (like those in Network summary) from populating information?

Our Hivemanager hosts several VHMs for different customers. Recently, we created a new VHM for a potential new customer (test driving 2 APs in a couple different locations). We only had them open 12222.  TCP, UDP, SCP and DNS were already open. Certain reports, like Bandwidth Over Time and Top 10 Devices by Client Usage, say there is no information to display. The APs have been in place for a week, and the reports were generating when the APs were on my office network (where our Virtual Appliance resides). These reports generate in all other VHMs.
Do the other ports that need to be opened affect these reports (like NTP), or is there some other issue?

That information should all be handled within the CAPWAP communication. The other port that would be useful but only for the Application Reporting would be HTTPS/443

I would also check to make sure the devices have the correct time. An easy way to do this is to check the logs (Utilities->Diagnostics->Show Log) to see if the timestamps on the log messages are correct. It could be the devices are not properly receiving their NTP.
