Is there a document that explains how to apply a third party certificate to the HiveManager Appliance management interface? I've found where to generate the CSR. I've found where to import the .PEM file (having converted the .CRT to .PEM using OPENSSL). My problem is that the import process continually asks for a keyfile passphrase when there is none. Am I converting the cert improperly?

openssl x509 -in myfile.crt -out myfile.pem -outform PEM

even tried two step:

openssl x509 -in myfile.crt -out myfile.der -outform DER
openssl x509 -in myfile.der -out myfile.pem -outform PEM

Hi Larry,

If you generated the CSR on the HiveManager, then you will find the keyfile under "Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Keys and Certificates > Certificate Management". If the HiveManager is asking your for a keyfile passphrase when importing, did you by chance configure a password when creating the CSR?

Hope this helps

facing the same situation here .
CSR was generated externally (multi domain) on openssl and whilst importing this into the HM , a password is required . There was none set on the pem file during creation.
Does this mean I need to recreate a new SSL using a password protection PEM file ?
