Apple devices not connecting - shown as wired

We have a couple of AP230's in one of our offices and they are refusing to connect the majority of Apple devices to the wifi network.  The AP's are running 7.1r1.  It's a standard wifi used for guest access using WPA/WPA2 PSK (Personal) and AES.  In the active devices view you can spot the devices that won't connect as they've got red icons for their health and given 0.0.0.0 as their addresses.  The really odd thing is that they get shown as 'wired'.  Windows and Android devices do not get this problem.  We use the same wifi configuration in our main office (although with different vlans etc) with no problem.  Can anyone help please?

Tracked it down to a bug with the CISCO firewall dishing out the IP's.

Hi,

Thanks for the update.

A minor cosmetic issue here is that rather than putting 'Unknown' we default to a value of 'Wired'.

Regards,

Nick
