On certain locations of the building I can connect windows laptops to the Aerohive wifi networks with no problem. Apple devices however will not connect. We have 3 SSID's defined across all AP's. Any advice appreciated.

Identify one of your problem MAC addresses and run it through Client Monitor. If you've not used it before, Client Monitor is located under the Tools tab and should give some valuable insight as to what is occurring.

Thanks - I'll give that a try later tonight when I get back onsite.

Are you sure that you have not disabled WMM by mistake?

Also check if you have enabled Voice-Enterprise features or Protected Management Frames if your access point(s) supports them as these have been known to cause compatibility issues. (802.11k, 802.11r, 802.11v and 802.11w.)

Thanks Nick.  Everything looks to be correct per your recommendations.
