Has this AP contacted your HiveManager? Can you see it on the monitor page? We first need to make sure the device has a CAPWAP connection to your HM server.
If you confirm that the AP is connected to your HiveManager, the AP would not show up on the Configure & Update devices page if the AP previously had a different network policy. You can clear the relevant filter (set to None) to view all devices. <see screen>
