I am setting up two SSID networks with one requiring Aerohive Radius authentication and another requiring AD authentication through Radius on the domain controller. Can an Aerohive AP act as both a Radius server and Proxy? How can I configure this.

New (good) news. I stand corrected. This *CAN* be done, today. My sincere thanks to my peers who laughed and sent me the following.

The RADIUS server and proxy settings are bound to SSIDs. That means you can configure 1 RADIUS server and 1 proxy. Then you bind the server to 1 SSID and bind the proxy to another SSID.

Create a Local RADIUS server Object (Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Authentication > Device AAA Server Settings) and Local User Group

Create Users
(Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Authentication > Local Users)

Edit AP Settings to give static IP address and assign RADIUS Server Service (Monitor > Modify Device Settings for an AP)

Create SSIDs. Each SSID will point to a different RADIUS server. SSID 1 points to NPS running on AD. SSID points to the AP we set as a RADIUS server.
