I have an AP-320 which will not seem to reset to factory default.
I hold the reset for 15 secs and allow it to re-start on a PoE cable patched in to a correctly configured port - other AP's are fine on the same cable - and it does not get an IP address. I can search for if by mac address but it does not have an IP - what am I doing wrong?

Could it be unique to that switch port's configuration? Have you tried swapping the patch cables at the switch with a working AP to confirm/deny this?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I have tried another AP in the same port and it is fine - it has a static IP but I am sure the DHCP scope for the vlan has a few free addresses just in case we need DHCP on that vlan.
I will try a laptop in the port to see what address it gets just to make sure.
