AP330's not checking in after HMOL upgrade to r3

Our HMOL was upgraded to r3 today and over 2 hours later we have 84 access points that aren't checking in. We called support, but all the techs are busy. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do?

But I would console into an AP and verify that the mgt0 vlan and native vlan have not changed for some reason.

Those 84 access points are working, but they wouldn't talk to their new HMOL until we disabled / enabled capwap on each one individually via ssh. What a pain....
