AP330 cannot be onboarded

I bought a used AP330 but cannot be onboarded, maybe because the s/n is in use at another HM

System could not import the following 1 serial numbers:
Serial Number
Reason for failure

  • 33011111400554Remove this device from HiveManager Online and try again

Hello Uwe Dreier,

Thank you for providing that serial number. I have removed that serial number from our Redirector, so you should be able to add this device to your hive manager at this time. Please let me know if you have any further issues.

Hi Sam, I have similar issue with an AP130 that was used on another HM - serial number 01301607151886, are you able to help with this?

Sorry for the delay, if you are able to open a support case for issues like this in the future you'll get a much faster response. Did you still need me to free that serial number up or did you get this resolved?

Hi Sam, I have similar issue with an AP230 . A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.
serial number  02301406250574, can you help me ?
