AP250 does not connect to NG. Reset to factory doesn't do anything and none of the default passwords I used works

Used the Puerto Rico profile (I have a non US AP). After that, the AP no longer connects to NG HM. Tried the reset button but does not seem to do anything. Tried to connect via the console but the admin/aerohive user/password combo does not get me in. Finally while booting the AP gives me the following error:  "[wifi]: awe_phymode_choose_chanspec failed to find valid chanspec for phymode(57344)."

Carlos,
Please contact your reseller or Aerohive Technical Support and get a case opened. I believe they may be able to assist you in recovering from this and in getting your AP provisioned.
