I am assured it is coming soon, but I have not been given any firm dates.

The AP230 is in the queue for FCC DFS certification, but we are at the mercy of the certification authorities. It generally takes a minimum of 3 months and more often closer to 6 months after commercial release of an AP before we have the certificate in-hand, and then we can schedule inclusion of that certified code into the next scheduled release of HiveOS. (A much longer way of saying it's coming soon, but there's no firm date)

Dan,
We are in the queue at the FCC. ASSUMING they don't drag their feet, we still have hopes of getting the certification in time to include that driver in our upcoming version 6.4r1 releasing around the end of this year.
