AP130's wont upgrade firmware

Hi guys,

I have a problem with upgrading the firmware for the AP130's. I get this error:
'An error occured when executing the following CLI command: save image scp://******@185.113.85.124:/HiveManager/downloads/home/image/AP130-6.5r7.golden.img.S no-prompt_password ******_
The Aerohive device was unable to upgrade image to flash memory because there is not enough memory in the device or there is error occued during the ifle transfer process'.

I can do full and delta config and reboot devices. But upgrade firmware and upload application signature are failed every time.

I tried reboot device and then did full config (didn't solved the problem)
Doing clear web-directory didn't solved the problem
Reset device to default was not helping either.
And I checked the memory, but there is plenty of space.
Hoping you can help me out with this issue.

Hi,

I would usually expect to see that SCP communication is not possible between the AP and HiveManager with this error message.

Are you sure that a full configuration upload succeeds without error? This, unlike a delta push, uses the same means of transport with classic HM with the AP requesting a file via SCP.

Cheers,

Nick

Thanks. This suggests that SSH/SCP is blocked on port 22 from the AP to HiveManager.
