Just curious, what version of the HiveOS are you running on your AP130?  I work for a school district and we occasionally have connection issues with our Chromebooks.  We have AP230 access points throughout our district (over 1600 APs) and we're currently running HiveOS 6.5r8b.  Usually the fix is to restart the access point in the classroom that is having an issue.  Sometimes we have to force the Chromebook to connect to our guestnet (pre-shared key) and then put it back on our main SSID (RADIUS authentication).
