I have 25 ap120s that are all up and working. I installed 5 more today and they all came on with a red light, then switched to blinking white light. I entered all into my hivemanger and they are all showing to not be connected. Any ideas?

Hi, Which management platform are you connected to? Is it HiveManager NG or Classic?

Hi Jessica,

This issue was brought to our notice recently and  the team is working on a fix. Meanwhile, here are couple of suggestions

1. Instead of adding the devices in bulk, add them one by one or in group of 5
2. If any AP is stuck, remove AP from Device List and add it again
3. If step 2 doesn't do the trick, force AP to reconnect by using the following commands
SSH to AP
no capwap client enable
capwap client enable

Hope this helps!

Thanks
Ratna

You could use a terminal program such as PuTTY or TeraTerm to SSH to the AP and then enter the CAPWAP commands.
