AP says it is active on another account.

Recently ordered a new batch of AP's, and when we scan every one to add it to MyHive, it says that the AP's are active on another account although they have come straight from the company itself and not used before.

I suggest opening a support case. Who did you purchase the devices from?

Interesting. I would definitely find out why before having support just reset the serial numbers. Don’t want to pay for new stuff and find out that it’s refurbished.
