Why are my APs trying to go to  I see the traffic which is awfuly high getting dropped at firewall.  Support blanketly says its a bonjour gateway issue but I do not have bonjour gatewats configured not do I plan to at this time.  I have checked capwap client and the proper IP is in place for my local hivemanager.

Rich, you may  want to log into the console port on your Hive Manger. You may have a cached address. You should be able to clear the cache.

Hi Rich,

This is the default fallback IP address if an AP is unable to get an address from DHCP.

There was a discussion about something similar here: https://community.aerohive.com/aerohive/topics/aerohive-defaults-to-192-168-1-1-when-dhcp-is-down

You can change the fallback IP address or disable this function outright if desired.
