Hi,i am a newer in AeroHive could anyone help me solve this issue?

i configured one AP as a Radius Server to access external one windows AD server

After rebooted this AD server all the user can't connect back to WIFI.

What i did:
perform a server access test on the Hive Manger 6.6r3 > status is good
check the alarm/event > failed to precreate account in ou cn=Computers,dc=FDAP,dc=COM: Constraint violation (###0xa0000013###)
restart th radius server AP

My question is
any thing else i can check ?
if AD server going down and back should i also restart the radius server AP?

thank you

Which version of Windows Server are you using?

Has anything been configured in Group Policy that would change the operation of the domain in this area from the defaults that Microsoft ship?

Can you check that the user account has the appropriate rights and privileges?

As an initial sanity check, is the clock on the AP and the server wth the ADDS role accurate? Is time sync completing successfully in both cases?

What version of HiveOS are you using? When this fails, what does "show memory detail" at the CLI give you?

Client monitor can also be helpful in troubleshooting. Check for reachability, certificate issues, etc.

I certainly suggest updating to a supported version of HiveOS.
Ideally, this would be to 6.5r3.
6.1r2 is obsolete code.

You can check the clock and NTP details at the CLI via:

show clock
show ntp
