AP 230 doesn't accept any connections, all clients go to another AP that is 90 feets away, and the only 2 clients connected to the AP can't do anything, almost like there were not connected.

Are you using the same policy for these APs? It sounds like a vlan issue. I would check the switch configuration and try running vlan probe for that AP from HiveManager and client monitor on one of the connected devices.

Did it never work, or did it once work then stop working at some point?

It's the same policy and both AP's are in the same Vlan, same SSID, I even have other 5 AP's on the same vlan with no issues, all APs are connected to the same switch.

That AP worked fine before, but started failing a week ago, first it was not letting anyone connect into 2.4 Ghz only 5 Ghz, then after reboot, both bands worked, but 4 or 5 days later it started failing again.

Do you think it's a hardware issue?

Because everytime I reboot the AP it works again, but I can't reboot the AP all the time.

Have you updated the AP to 6.2r1 yet to preclude it being an issue that may already be fixed?
