Alerts after Deploying in HiveManager Connect

Hi folks,

yesterday I've successfully deployed my first AP130 devices. But at some time during the deploying-process it seem that there were some errors. At least I got some major errors. The problem is that I cannot see what kind of errors these are and certainly not any detail.

I know that alerts are a feature of HM Select but shouldn't it be possible to see at least an error-message when it's shown? How to clear these errors or the error-counter?

I see the same behavior in our lab Connect HiveManager. Would you be able to open a case with Aerohive Technical Support so we can start collecting data on this issue? If you could mention that you are looking to work with me (Sam Lynn), I can take personal ownership of your case and work with you directly.

Thank you so much for your response.

As far as I know I need an account for the support portal to open a case. Last time one of you asked me this I've requested such an account but it was declined. I guess it's declined because I'm only a connect user without a support contract. I've tried to request an account once again now. As soon as it is approved I will open the case. Or is there another process for this?

For Connect Users, we have a form you can fill out online, which will open a case with support. The form can be found here (http://www.aerohive.com/support/connect-support/?_ga=2.49086308.357257591.1498224751-236479248.14461...)
