Aerohive Network Troubleshooting: Where's the Bandwidth Going?

I have a very small Aerohive setup with 1 BR200WP router and 2 AP230's.  

I've been trying to troubleshoot through the HiveManager and everything seems to be normal. However, our Internet speeds are averaging a 1/1 speed but when I hook up straight to the router I get a 11/1 speed.  

No one is streaming or downloading updates, and looking at the traffic on the dashboard, there really isn't a lot happening during the day when it's slow.  

Anyone have any ideas of what steps I can next for troubleshooting to see what I can do to improve our bandwidth on WiFi?

When you plug in an ethernet cable directly to the Aerohive BR the speed improves? 

If thats the case then it sounds like you have some sort of interference with the wifi or a bad network adapter/driver, maybe try the spectrum analyzer? You should be able to use the client monitor to get some better performance details (error rates/re-transmits) on the wireless radio.
