Hi,

we have a problem with our Aerohive and Ricoh printer via AirPrint and with Apple TV via AirPlay.

I can not see no one printer from any ios device (via AirPrint). The printer are connected by cable LAN (VLAN 1), the ios devices are connected in WIFI and AirPrint (VLAN 7). We have configured Bonjour Gateway on Hivemanager with these services:

AirPlay * ._ airplay._tcp. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
iTunes * ._ daap._tcp. [- any -] [- ANYparameter]
All TCP Services * ._ * ._ tcp. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
All UDP Services * ._ * ._ udp. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
APPLE TV Services appletv * ._ * ._ tcp. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
Internet Printing Protocol ipp._tcp * ._. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
JetDirect * ._ PDL-datastream._tcp. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]
LPR printer._tcp * ._. [- Any -] [- ANYparameter]

and scan VLAN 1,7,9,111.

Anyone can help me?

Even with AppleTV i have a problem.
If we connect iosdevice and appletv on the same VLAN i can see the apple tv, if ios device is on VLAN 7 and AppleTV on VLAN 111 i can not see the appletv.

The strange thing, if i disable the Bonjour service on IP v4 and immediately after I reactivate service i can see the printer. But few minute after the printer disappear.
