Hi there, I have 45 AP's deployed and wish to add another one to the existing HMOL account. The extra AP has a different entitlement key. How can I incorporate the new AP into the existing license setup? Cheers

This is not on prem. I am adding an access point to one HMOL account, previously configured with 45 access points. I have added the serial number and it shows up as an unmanaged device. Where in my existing HMOL account do I add the entitlement key for the new device?

Cheers Andrew, but I don't see how to add an ADDITIONAL key to the existing license? There is no Advanced section in License Management. I am using 6.1r2b

I don't have an HMOL so I'm not sure you will see the same items as me.

there is a process where the redirector will check the serial number and redirect the ap to your HMOL, which sound like you have working.

for the entitlement license - see if you have this section

Home > Administration > License Management page

Then copy the entitlement key text string from the email, paste it in the Entitlement Key field, and then click Enter.

If you don't see this, you may need to contact Aerohive or the reseller to add the license.

Yeah, thanks. I have already added the original entitlement key, so there is no provision to add another one that I can see.

Thanks for your replies.
