Adding AP230 to Hivemanager

I'm new to Aerohive and am trying to add an AP230 to Hivemanager.

We run Hivemanager Enterprise 6.8r7a Online.
I connect the AP to an access port. It gets an IP and I can connect to it through ssh.
Port 12222 has been opened in our firewall and I can't see any other ports being blocked.

When searching the forum I see several people saying the solution is to go to Monitor --> Device Inventory --> Add/Import and enter your serial number. But I can't find this anywhere.

I also tried to enable Auto Provisioning, but also no result.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Yes, this is the way:

If you cannot see / access this, you are maybe not using the "super admin" account (the once used to create the VHM). If this is the case, try to find out the initial account credentials and try again.

Alternatively, contact your reseller / distributor and ask them to add this serial number to the Aerohive redirector. They will also need your VHM-ID (find it under Help / About HiveManager).

Hello, in our office an Aerohive AP has failed and we want to replace it with a new one. Unfortunately the function "device inventory" does not appear. My colleague and I are in the privilege group "Configurtion and Monitoring".

Has the device intentory moved in the new interface somewhere else?

I'm having problems adding an AP250 to the Online Hive Manager 8.2r1.
The AP will pick up an IP address from DHCP and I can SSH to it but it will not show up in the Hive Manager. When I add the serial number, it adds the AP to the Un-managed Devices tab.
