Dear all,
the Active Directory Integration works but I have a problem the Domain Users and Domain Computer groups.
When I try to map the user profile with this 2 LDAP Server OU it doesn't work.
With a "custom" group everything works as I was expecting.

Is it not possible with this 2 groups?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

Thanks

Are you using Windows Server 2008 domain controllers?

Yes, Windows Server 2008 R2 (HiveManager 5.1r5a).
Have to work? Can be a policy created by the domain administrator?

Using Domain Users and Domain Computer groups works with Windows Server 2003 but not 2008. This is a Microsoft issue rather than an Aerohive issue.

Create two new security groups, maybe Wireless Computers and Wireless Users, make all members of the Domain Users group members of the Wireless Users group and all members of the Domain Computers members of the Wireless Computers group.

Finally change the Aerohive integrated RADIUS lookups to check Wireless Computers (machine authentication) and Wireless Users (user authentication).

This should resolve your issue.
