Access point is not appearing in my Hive Manager Online

Hello,
I have buy 4 new ap121 access point.
this new ap121 don't appears in my HMOL - 6.4r1 (the LED are white)
When i add the serail number using redirector this message appears :
Serial Number "12115080301943" already exists in another HiveManager account and cannot be reassigned.
