Hello everyone,

I have a question about ID manager and the guest account. I am a trainee in a french compagny and we need a captive portal to log our guest to the network but we have a proxy for regulate the traffic.

When a guest create a count in the kiosk, ID manager create a temporary account in our Active directory if the HiveManager is linked or not ? Whithout that guest persons can't go on the internet .

Kevin, I don't quite understand the question. When a guest is logged into ID Manager, an account is created for that guest within ID Manager. I'm not clear on what you mean about the AD with HiveManager linked or not. In the very short term, a call into Support will help you expedite resolution here. In the meantime, check out our documentation at www.aerohive.com. The IDM guide there is very good.
