Hi folks,
i have set up a SSID with 802.1X and an AP121 acting as Radius Server; everything is working fine but our customer want to authenticate the same user on multiple devices (Laptop, iPad, iPhone) at the same time. At the moment we have the problem that the users connection on the first device gets lost if he connects with the second device. Is their a way to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

There aren't concurrent session limits based on the same User-Name, so your issue likely lies elsewhere. (It is actually rather involved and tricky to implement this even where you want to.)

What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try to identify the cause? If you are just going based off of anecdotal symptoms reported by the customer, I suggest that you dig in to this further.

Where the account is stored? If it is stored externally such as Windows AD, you may need to check the AD. Check if the concurrent connection limit is implemented.

That will not apply for 802.1X though, Eastman.
