802.1X on External Radius Server

Hello,
I am trying to setup 802.1X on an SSID I have created.
When I create the SSID and click the "WPA/WPA2 802.1X (Eneterprise) radio button, it does not present me with an option for "Radius_Settings".

I have been following the guide Aerohive has on using an external Radius Server.

http://www.aerohive.com/330000/docs/h...

I am running 6.1r6a

Thanks,
Joe

It really is as simple as Andrew says as you only need to specify RADIUS server addresses, what the shared secret is and link it in to the WPA2/Enterprise SSID.

All the access point is doing then is acting as the 802.1X authenticator, passing the EAP over for the RADIUS server to handle.

Is it possible to use this method to authenticate only specific users?   Comparing to how AD works with OU's.....     Or.... If I want that kind of configuration, do I need to setup on AP instead of using external?
