6.1r5 not offered as available upgrade

Why isn't HMOL 6.1r5 available as an upgrade in my version of 6.1r3?

Do you have our AP230? If not, there is negligible benefit to you in upgrading to HMOL 6.1r5 right now. I suggest you wait for 6.1r6, which has just started beta testing. That will be the general release for most customers. If you really really want HMOL 6.1r5 now, contact our support folks and they can assist in migrating your account.

The real driver is I would like to do Planning Reports that show the AP230, as I am quoting them now.  Additionally, we were told r5 has a lot of fixes in it.  Are there issues with r5 that make waiting for r6 advisable?  Thanks!

Upgraded... although not offered in the HMOL admin tools....  I just had to call and have them move me.

We have our new AP 230 delivered but they're totaly useless as we don't have access to the 6.1r5.
How can we get this?

If you are using HMOL, you need to ask your point of support, be that Aerohive or your reseller, to get moved across.

If you host your own HiveManager instance, you should download and install the update from https://support.aerohive.com/
