I'm getting ready to upgrade from 5.1r4 to the 6.0r2 on my Hivemanager. I opened the Update Software and selected "File from Update Server". There were 3 options but I selected the latest to download, 6.0r2. It has been stuck at 20% for 2 days and I can't find a way to stop it and restart it. I have powered off and restarted the VM but it's hung. Does anyone know how to manually clear that connection?

Hi Debbie, Do you have a HiveManager VMWare Appliance or a physical Appliance?

If VMWare, allocate 4GB of DRAM, if physical, call support and they will send you more memory. The new HiveManager application needs more memory.

Hi Adam. It's VMWare. I actually moved it to a new host and increased the memory already. I also increased the VM params setting. On that note, I tried to take advantage of more than 3GB but when I increased the VM params above 1024MB (to the max 2275) I couldn't access the manager anymore - so I had to back it off to the 1024. The manager is working fine I just can't get the download to finish. It's been stuck at 20% since Wednesday afternoon.

Hmm... this is atypical. I think you should call support.
