500 Internal Server Error instead of Captive Web Portal

500 Internal Server error displays on devices (Android and IOS) attempting to connect through CWP. CWP will not display. Moved to a different area (and a different AP) and CWP loads fine on the same network. What is the best option to troubleshoot this? My first instinct is to do a complete upload and reset on nearby APs and hope this problem goes away.

a complete upload and reboot would be the first thing I would try.

but you can try changing the Registration Type of CWP and upload a delta, and then change back and upload another delta if you are not able to reboot the AP.

Just an update, I've followed this step and there have been no reports of this the past few weeks, so hopefully that was the issue.
