"Request was unsuccessful" trying to update maps

I am in the middle of drawing in walls on our maps for an 8-city deployment with about 130 AP 230s. I'm on the first floor of one of the buildings and am about 80% complete with the walls but now I keep getting "Error: The request was unsuccessful. The session might have expired. Refresh the page and try again." every time I attempt to add another wall. I can update existing walls OK and add walls to any other floor in the same building or in another building in a different city. I've tried the obvious troubleshooting (different network connections from different PCs, different browsers, rebooting the HiveManager VM) to no avail. This makes me wonder if there is a limit to the number of walls that can be drawn on a floor. I'm being rather detailed on the map because it is an historic building with many different types of walls. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

It does appear there is a limit to the number of walls or line segments that can be drawn on any given topology map/floor, and I must have reached it.  I simplified some of the walls and support structures, which I had previously followed very closely to the floorplan, requiring many small segments. This reduced the number of lines drawn and I can now add more segments to complete the floor. A lesson to those with OCD -- let go of the desire to have a perfectly drawn floorplan as it will only end up costing way too much precious time to undo a lot of work.

Aerohive:  I suggest you consider documenting the limit of the number of walls that can be drawn on any given floor, and if there is a cumulative limit to the number of wall/line segments in a building or region. I would also caution overzealous/OCD types against following every contour of a floor map because they may not be able to finish drawing in the walls because they have reached the line segment limit.

There is no particular limit to the number of walls, but the error happens primarily on an HM instance where the DB is very busy (e.g. managing lots of APs), as opposed to a dedicated planner instance.  It has to do with concurrent DB updates, when drawing walls with lots of segments.  We will track this through a bug report and try to improve this behavior.

I'm suddenly experiencing this same issue. Very frustrating. Any updates?

Seems to only really happen when I'm using the middle wall icon tool (the one that looks like a rotated Z) if I use the single wall tool, this error doesn't come up.

I also get this error if I try to adjust a wall I've already drawn.

It seems to happen A LOT more often when I'm zoomed into the map either 200% or 300%
