Hi everyone, I have a problem about authenticated, when i want to connect to a SSID specific (CSA_Teachers use VLAN101) and use a AP specific in that area I can not conected.(with other SSID in other vlan is ok in the same area)

I can connect me in other APs and the same SSID(CSA_Teachers) in other areas and everyting is ok.

Will be something about the port and the vlan specific in the switch, that does not allow the authenticated?

I check the event :

Station 0402:1fa3:e8d1 is authenticated to e01c:41d9:81d7 thru SSID CSA_Teachers vid 101
Station 0402:1fa3:e8d1 is deauthenticated from e01c:41d9:81d7 thru SSID CSA_Teachers

Station 8410:0daf:6217 is authenticated to e01c:41d9:81d4 thru SSID CSA_Admon vid 1

Do you have similar situation in sometime?

Thank you.

Hi Jorge,

On the AP where you cannot connect, is VLAN 101 allowed on the switch port?
- you can verify with a VLAN Probe http://prntscr.com/dcq72j / http://prntscr.com/dcq7as

I assume that you are using more than one VLAN on your WLAN. the switch ports should be configured as "trunk" and allow the relevant VLANs for your WLAN. You could compare a working AP to the non-working AP switch port configurations.

Kind Regards,
