"Error 9The device appears to be in use by another VHM."

I have an AP121 that I get from following an online video. I have no access anymore to that hive-environment. 
I think support ended because I can't login anymore. I created a HiveManger-NG account but I can't add the AP121. I get the "Error 9The device appears to be in use by another VHM."

I changed the hivemanger primary and the Virtual HiveManger Name. The light is white on the AP121 but I can't add it in HiveManager-NG.

Can anybody help me in the right direction? 

I also reset the AP to factory defaults but still no luck.

Reach out to support and have them remove your AP using the serial number of the device from your previous hive manager. Once that is complete perform a factory reset on the AP and import using the serial number to hive manager ng. Device should look at the redirector and come right back online in your new VHM.

Hello,

How did you create a ticket? I have a Support account, but can't find an option to create a ticket.

To create a case you will want to go to Support.aerohive.com> log in> go to Case Management on the left hand side menu> then click on "New Case" at the top of the page.
